El trabajo os hará libres: mentiras en la carrera de biomedicina

No engañemos a los becarios y démosles a leer esto:

Uno de los comentarios en el artículo es bastante preclaro:

The middle class lifeboats are sinking too! Things are moving so quickly economically that by the time you engage in a course of study and finish 10 years later, you've invested $100K in a skill set that is obsolete. They advised us all very poorly. The people who do control these things- promised that if we gave them tax breaks and fewer regulations that they'd create jobs and instead they took their money and left for Asia. The ones that didn't leave are petitioning the US government for 50K EXTRA H1B visas so they can bring in more foreign PhD's whose educational debt doesn't need to be paid back- they can work for peanuts. We've been lied to. We've been lied to since the 80's and we put ourselves out there, we believed their promises and we're now reluctant to force them to make good on it. Why?
